Bruschetta with Fresh Mozzarella This dish is so simple and reminds me so much of our honeymoon in Italy. Everything is so fresh and flavorful there. The only downside about going in the summer or anytime it's hot is the lack of A/C you will find. I did not find that bit of information in any of the Rick Steves travel guides.
